NCC, NSS HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT

Since its inception in 1981, Rajasthan Bal Kalyan Samiti (RBKS) has played a transformative role in empowering youth, particularly from tribal and remote regions, through education, discipline, service, and skill development. Between 1981 and 2024, a total of 51,829 students have graduated from RBKS-supported institutions, with a current student enrollment of 26,520.

Contribution to Public Service and Social Welfare

The impact of RBKS is reflected in the diverse achievements of its students across public service, healthcare, governance, education, and entrepreneurship. 2,284 students have been selected for various Government Services, while 126 girls have been appointed as Anganwadi Workers, contributing to grassroots nutrition and child welfare.

Healthcare and Allied Services

29 students have qualified in PMT, and 2,238 students have entered paramedical services, strengthening the healthcare system in underserved areas. Additionally, 53 students have been selected in the Forest Department, supporting environmental conservation and public service.

Education and Leadership Development

289 students are serving as teachers, shaping future generations. RBKS has also nurtured leadership and democratic participation, with 68 former students serving as Sarpanch in different Gram Panchayats.

Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Empowerment

In the private sector, 3,228 students have secured employment in corporate organizations in Ahmedabad, Sirohi, and Udaipur, while 2,398 students have become self-employed, promoting local livelihoods and economic resilience.


Skill Development and Community Engagement

Through its continuous focus on skill enhancement, 6,389 students have benefited from Skill Development Programmes, enabling them to become employable, self-reliant, and socially responsible citizens. Alongside NCC and NSS activities, RBKS continues to deliver essential services in tribal and remote areas, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive development, nation-building, and community empowerment.
