Due to mismanaged natural resources viz land, water, livestock, agriculture and complete dependence on them, problems like low productivity and degradation is commonplace. It has resulted into limited work opportunities.
RBKS focuses its intervention in reducing drudgery of poor household in following areas

Ever since RBKS realized the dependence of tribal on the forest resources for survival and the state of degradation these resources are in more attention was paid to NRM focusing on developing the land and water resources, forest cover, agriculture etc. by using integrated watershed development approach involving participation of the local inhabitants. It has built confidence and developed a trust in the communities.
Livelihood Enhancement
Following are our accomplishments:
Wadi Programme for 5500 households in Dungarpur and Udaipur
This is the 7-year program for livelihood enhancement through income generating WADI (Orchards) through NABARD under Tribal Development Fund (TDF). AWNOLA species in Whole WADI / Orachds thirty plants for each WADI under the WADI program supporting to 5500 Tribal family: – Exposure Visit, Trainings, Improved agriculture implements, Forestry plants, Fruit plants Seed distribution intercropping demonstration (Gram & Wheat) SWC work etc. The total 18 villages covered under this program. After the production of ANWOLA, organization will construction a processing unit for ANWOLA processing like Anowal Juice, Oil, murabba etc.
Ginger Cultivation
RBKS and Access Development initiated ginger cultivation program in 5 villages of Jhadol block. New technology introduced to farmers and package of practice also introduced to them. A federation is also planned and registered in the name of Udaipur Agro Producer Company.
Life Skill Development and water resource development project
In October 2009 a MoU is signed with Binani cement Ltd to work under CSR activities. Total 5 villages taken in first phase of working. Tailoring Training Center for women is initiated at Amli village. Vegetable seeds were given to farmers for promotion of vegetable use in food. Beside this village development committee formed in all villages.
